If a tech is available when you call, then straight away. If not we will raise a ticket and you will be called back as soon as one becomes available (80% of calls go straight through to a tech).

As long as you have a working internet connection, we will ask permission to log in to your computer and start to resolve the issue for you.

You can drop the computer off at our offices or we will arrange to come and collect it.

For project work, we will provide an easy-to-understand estimate for the work. For IT Services and support, we will calculate this based on your short, medium and long term needs.

Many customers prefer to introduce our services one at a time with a phased approach, you decide when and how.

No problem, lots of our customers have staff working from home. We can ensure that you have access to all of your essential files and folders to carry out your role. Either with direct access to your office or using cloud technologies. We can also deliver the same level of support from anywhere.

Lots of our customers have “ Hotspares” that are partially set up for their organisation, as soon as we need to deploy them we enter all the user information in and the hot-spare is ready to swap out. We will then work on your computer and let you know when the problem is resolved
