Client:
A Busy Estate Agency
Current situation:
The business was operating with an ageing server , which was becoming increasing more unreliable - the latest crash resulting in loss of important customer information. There are 20 users across two offices, each with individual email accounts, meaning that internal mail was sent out of office only to be sent back in. Backup systems were not operating and the property database software was under powered with current server setup.
Client's objective:
Above all, to find a reliable server with sufficient redundancy to eliminate unnecessary downtime, and to offer a safe and secure backup system. To utilise internal email to communicate quickly with all staff and to allow external users in remote offices to access the system seamlessly.

Client's objective:
To create a database which will centralise client information for all users and for future marketing. Additionally, to be able to share calendars, to coordinate meetings and to access the office remotely from France.
